At BST our number one priority is to keep you safe and healthy. In order to continue to do this, we have implemented a new health and safety protocol. This protocol has been created based on the recommendations made by Public Health Ontario (PHO). If you have any questions regarding our protocol below, please do not hesitate to contact us:

  • Arrival of no more than 5 minutes prior to your session start time

  • Please be aware of other clients arriving and entering the building. There will be a designated ENTRANCE and EXIT

  • When the 5 minute entry window has started the ENTRANCE will be held open for all clients to walk in through. Until then, the door will be locked

  • In order to maintain social distancing a trainer will be there to guide the clients into the facility, 1 client at a time.

  • There will be lines, 2 metres apart at the entrance so each client is aware of how far they must be from their trainer at all times– upon entering each client will have time to change into their indoor shoes and bring their outdoor shoes in with them to place in their designated training zone

  • ALL CLIENTS MUST ARRIVE PREPARED TO TRAIN WITH INDOOR SHOES IN HAND – our changing rooms are CLOSED and may only be used as a washroom

  • ALL CLIENTS WILL HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE TAKEN UPON ENTERING THE FACILITY – BST trainer will be using a non-contact digital infrared forehead thermometer

  • BST requires that ALL CLIENTS ARRIVE WEARING A MASK OR FACE COVERING, you will be able to remove your mask during training in order to allow for proper breathing

  • We will allow for 15 minute time intervals between sessions to allow for full disinfection of the facility prior to the next clients arrival

  • Each client will have their own designated room to train in

  • Within each room, each client will have their own equipment that they will use during the session

  • The client may remove their mask once inside the room, the trainer will ensure that they maintain 2 meters distance from the client at all times

  • All clients will be allowed a water bottle, which they will keep within their room and will not be permitted to refill
