Get Fit with BST Group Classes


If you are the kind of person who loves a little friendly competition, enjoys feeling part of team or working out with a close friend or family member our BST group classes are perfect for you!  We have a variety of different types of training whether you want to focus on form, build muscle or try advanced movements you have never done!

There is a maximum of 12 people per class to ensure lots of 1 on 1 coaching for the full hour. Every class is different and the descriptions below will you give an overview on how each one works based on focus and intensity.  Whether you are a beginner or an advanced member, you will find a class that will work for you!

Group Class Checklist:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and have a gym tour

  • Bring refillable water bottle
    (Filtered water available onsite)

  • Wear athletic clothing

  • Be ready to work HARD!
