1 on 1 Personal Training

Here at BST we emphasize the PERSONAL in personal training.  This means that all individualized programming is customized to meet each clients needs and goals.  We believe in helping our clients learn about all aspects of health including nutrition, exercise and recovery! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our trainers will ensure that you stay motivated and consistently improve!

Group Classes

No matter your fitness level, BST has a class for you!  Looking to build on the basics and work through balancing your body with body and weight training exercises? Our mechanics class would be the best bet.  What about a high intensity sweaty session? Try our S&C class. Finally, if you are looking to take things to the next level, we have an advanced class where we cover complex movements such as tire flips, rope climbs, olympic lifts and gymnastics called BST mode.

Muscle Activation Technique (MAT)

Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) is a systematic approach to evaluating and correcting muscle imbalances.  This process utilizes a non-invasive technique that identifies the muscle's ability to contract efficiently by comparing the body's range of motion in various planes.  MAT is included during 1 on 1 personal training as well as a separate service purchased on its own.
